Doctor Ranada had a long day at the clinic. She has to do some paperwork before she leaves the office. But before she does, she props up her feet to relax them. One of her colleagues is on his way out, and notices this. He comes into her office and offers to give her a foot massage before both of them leave for the weekend. She accepts, so he takes off her stinky flats. He sniffs one of them, and is greeted with the odor from those long hours on her feet. He tickles Doctor Ranada’s feet through her stockings because she hates tickling. He then rips her stockings so he can get to her feet.
