She has her feet crossed at the ankle and her feet are bare. She wears a wedge type low heel shoe. She has both feet out of her shoes. One foot is uplifted to expose her soles while the other exposes her bare heels and soles. She rotates her feet in circles first in one direction then the other. She does it with moderate speed and intensity. She twist and turns her feet. She rubs one foot against the other getting some sort of relief. She continues lots of foot movement and foot activity.
